Available properties
We don't have any properties available right now.
Everything we own is currently let. That is usually the case: it is a small portfolio and tenants tend to stay for years, so homes come up a few times a year rather than every week.
When one does, it is listed here before it goes anywhere else. Leave your details and we will get in touch — we would rather let a house to someone who already asked than pay to advertise it.
What we let
Ordinary British housing — period and inter-war terraces, bay-fronted semis and flats — in two places we know well. We are not a national operation and do not pretend to be one.
Nottingham and Nottinghamshire
Terraces and family houses across the city and the county, including Mansfield and the villages around it.
Middlesbrough and Teesside
Inter-war and post-war family housing in Middlesbrough and the villages around it — the kind of street that was built for people working nearby.
What renting from us is like
The practical difference between renting from us and renting through an agent is who you are actually talking to. We own these houses. Nobody has to ring the owner for permission to spend money on them, because you already have.
- You deal with the owner
- There is no managing agent in between, and no branch that closes at five. When you report something, it reaches the person who books the contractor.
- Repairs get a reference, not a promise
- Every report becomes a numbered job you can quote back at us. It stays open until the work is done — you can report a problem without an account, before or after you move in.
- Your deposit is protected
- Deposits are protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), and you are given the prescribed information. That is the law, not a favour, and you should ask any landlord to prove it.
- The certificates are tracked, not remembered
- Gas safety, electrical condition, EPC and alarm checks are held per property against their own renewal dates, along with a licence where the ward requires one. You are entitled to see them.
What to expect when you enquire
A person reads it. You will hear back from us either way — including when the answer is that we have nothing suitable, because being left wondering is worse than being told no. If something is coming up that fits, we will tell you what we need from you and what the home will cost before you view it, not after.
