If you are a tenant
For anything that needs fixing, use the report form. It gets you a reference straight away and reaches the same people as email, so nothing depends on somebody having read a message.
If it is a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first and tell us afterwards. For a fire, or anything that has made the property unsafe to be in, ring 999. Do not wait for us — we cannot get there faster than they can.
For anything else — rent, your tenancy, notice, a reference, or a document you are entitled to a copy of — email is fine and reaches the same place.
If you are looking for somewhere to rent
Use the form on this page. Anything we have is listed on available properties before it goes anywhere else, and that page also sets out what renting from us involves.
If you are a contractor, broker, insurer or agent
Everything reaches us at one address and a person reads it. We are a small company that owns its own stock, so the person who replies is the person who can say yes — there is no head office to refer it to.
For underwriting, due diligence or anything needing the company's registered details, they are set out in full on about us and can be checked independently on the public register.

This is our address for the service of notices under section 48 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. It is the correct address to use for anything formal.
It is an office address, not somewhere we let property from, and it is not staffed for callers — please write or email rather than visiting.
